Safety Inspections – We perform Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) & California Highway Patrol Biennial Inspection of Terminals (BIT) records inspections to point out shortcomings in a carrier’s safety program.

Training – A former JJ Keller & Associates, Inc. & Smith System Driver Improvement Institute compliance instructor, I conduct seminars in both California and Federal motor carrier safety regulations. In addition to these workshops, I present mandated reasonable suspicion alcohol & drug training for supervisors & HM-126 & HM-232 HAZMAT training, hours-of-service training, daily vehicle inspection training, and general safety awareness training for managers & drivers.

Worker Comp Injury Mod Evaluation – I design employee safety programs to reduce worker comp costs to employers, implement employee incentive programs and institute corporate occupational safety teams.

Expert Witness Services – With years of experience, we provide expert testimony in both criminal and civil commercial vehicle collision litigation.

OSHA Safety Inspections & Representation – Our experts conduct federal OSHA & Cal-OSHA safety inspections and represent companies at OSHA hearings.

I am a retired member of the California Highway Patrol and former chief instructor at the CHP Academy for all commercial vehicle operations classes, including hazardous materials & emergency incident management, vehicle equipment, and the BIT program.

We have served as effective participants on numerous state and federal working committees and associations, including service on international safety committees, such as the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance.
